Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and meticulous Content Operations Intern to provide essential support to the backend operations of our expanding video and content production pipeline. This role is positioned at the intersection of content creation, technology, and financial operations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with content teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations across all areas, from invoice processing to final file delivery.

Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operational tasks involved in video production, including monitoring project timelines, tracking deliverables, and organizing file management.
- Serve as a liaison with all content vendors for invoice processing, purchase order management, and payment facilitation.
- Maintain and regularly update tracking systems utilizing Google Sheets.
- Employ basic AI tools and agents to automate repetitive tasks and contribute to process optimization.
- Provide support for documentation efforts, checklist creation, and content audit workflows.
- Facilitate seamless transitions between creative, editing, and publishing teams.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of filters, lookup functions, pivot tables, and basic automation techniques.
- Familiarity with AI tools and agents (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, workflow automation tools such as N8N) and a willingness to expand knowledge in this area.
- Exceptional communication skills to maintain professional relationships with external vendors.
