Location: Remote – India with possibility to work from Kolkata office
Role:
- Respond to technical support requests related to network configurations, security, and performance in cloud environments.
- Interact with customers and internal teams to understand their needs and resolve issues.
- Deploy, configure, and manage cloud-based networking solutions.
- Implement changes to the cloud infrastructure based on approved requests.
- Respond to alerts from internal monitoring tools and troubleshoot cloud problems.
- Assist with testing and maintaining disaster recovery plans.
- Contribute to internal documentation.
- Gather information for audits.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with process improvement and problem-solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
