Responsibilities
- Analytical Problem-Solving and Solution Enhancement: Conduct in-depth analysis, validate findings, and recommend enhancements to address existing issues, with guidance from the architect and technical lead.
- Comprehensive Engagement Across Process Phases: Participate actively in all phases of the software development process, from initial design and development to testing, release management, and troubleshooting, while prioritizing exceptional customer service.
- Strategic Stakeholder Engagement and Innovative Coding Solutions: Lead essential discussions with stakeholders, assess the existing landscape to identify opportunities, and develop creative coding solutions to address challenges.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages (preferably Java, C++, Python, Node.js).
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle concepts.
- No pending backlogs.
- This is an entry-level, off-campus hiring position, and candidates must have completed their degree prior to commencing employment with IBM.
- Graduation year must be 2025 only.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (including all CS specializations such as CSE, AIML, DS, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, CSBS, IOT, Robotics, AI, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, among others) or Information Technology related fields with a minimum CGPA of 6/60%.
