JOB DESCRIPTION:
In addition to dealing directly with customers, the position is in charge of business acquisition of corporate payroll accounts for a specific geographic area. In order to provide the greatest possible customer service, it will also involve serving as a liaison between the bank and its clients, explaining and pitching banking products to them. It is the job bearer’s duty to assist the sales manager with client feedback, catchment mapping, and the identification and conversion of possible possibilities. In order to accomplish broader organizational objectives, the role bearer is in charge of promoting client acquisition, strengthening existing relationships, and maximizing the lifetime value of each relationship.
