Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve daily process targets to meet established Customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Adhere to client shift schedules as defined.
- Comply with the established governance framework agreed upon with the client.
- Complete transactions accurately and within specified timeframes, following documented procedures.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to work in shifts aligned with business needs, including night shifts, within a 24/7 operating environment.
- Adaptability to changes in work methodologies or systems aimed at exceeding agreed-upon performance benchmarks.
- Prior knowledge of mortgage processes is considered a significant advantage.
- Successful completion of a 15-year formal education is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Banking, Mortgage, or Insurance domains is highly desirable.
- Candidates must have graduated between 2022 and 2025 to be eligible for consideration.
- Candidates who have completed or are currently pursuing a postgraduate degree will not be considered for this position.
