Responsibilities
- Enhance customer satisfaction by leveraging various assessment methods, including surveys, focus groups, mystery shopper programs, and user group analysis. Analyze data and translate it into actionable insights to improve the customer experience.
- Maintain high operational and service standards by identifying opportunities for improvement within dining locations and associated programs. Ensure the successful attainment of operational goals and the diligent execution of follow-up plans for each dining location and program component.
- Directly manage supplier performance and hold them accountable for achieving established goals. Conduct comprehensive quality assurance and sanitation reviews, providing direct and constructive feedback to the responsible supplier. Ensure consistent food, beverage, and program quality through regular location reviews. Conduct thorough sanitation and facility assessments, ensuring the supplier’s adherence to specified standards.
- Collaborate with the supplier to effectively identify target demographics, appropriate marketing channels, and optimal marketing strategies. Drive the execution of comprehensive marketing and promotional plans, meticulously measuring and analyzing the resultant success metrics.
- Ensure strict adherence to building operational Business Continuity Plan (BCP) programs, including periodic updates as required. Proactively perform regular audits of standardized global services, generating actionable recommendations and overseeing follow-up activities with the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) supplier. Support all site events as needed, working collaboratively with the facility management supplier to ensure seamless execution.
- Represent Intel’s interests during inspections conducted by external agencies and authorities, ensuring full compliance with all observations and findings.
