Responsibilities
- Enhance customer satisfaction through the strategic application of various analytical tools, encompassing surveys, focused group discussions, mystery shopper programs, and user group assessments.
- Maintain High Operational and Service Standards: Identify areas for operational improvement, ensure alignment with operational objectives, and develop comprehensive follow-up strategies for each dining facility and program.
- Manage Supplier Performance: Directly oversee supplier performance relative to established goals, conduct thorough quality assurance and sanitation audits, and provide constructive feedback to the supplier to ensure accountability. Evaluate food, beverage, and overall program quality through routine inspections of each location, conduct sanitation and facility evaluations, and ensure the supplier adheres to performance benchmarks.
- Develop Marketing and Promotional Strategies: Collaborate with the supplier to effectively identify target demographics, optimize marketing channels, and implement successful marketing methodologies. Drive the implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns and rigorously assess their effectiveness.
- Ensure operational Business Continuity Plan (BCP) compliance, maintaining regular updates and proactively auditing standardized global services with actionable recommendations and follow-up in conjunction with the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) supplier. Provide essential support for all site events in coordination with the facility management supplier.
- Represent Intel at external agency and authority inspections, ensuring strict adherence to all observations and findings.
