Responsibilities

  • Proactive Prospecting and Outreach: Conduct thorough market research to identify prospective clients and execute targeted outbound outreach strategies, including cold calling, email marketing campaigns, and active engagement on professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Lead Qualification and Assessment: Engage with key decision-makers within HR departments and other relevant business units to thoroughly understand their specific needs, challenges, and objectives. Evaluate the potential fit of Keka’s solutions and qualify leads based on established criteria.
  • Appointment Generation: Schedule product demonstrations and introductory meetings between qualified, high-intent prospects and our experienced Account Executives, ensuring efficient utilization of sales resources.
  • CRM Management and Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all lead interactions, follow-up activities, and relevant prospect data within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This includes updating lead status, documenting communication details, and ensuring data integrity for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with both the marketing and sales teams to continuously refine lead generation strategies, optimize conversion rates, and improve overall sales effectiveness. Share insights and feedback to enhance targeting and messaging.
  • Continuous Professional Development: Remain current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging advancements in HR technology to effectively position Keka’s solutions and address prospect inquiries with confidence and expertise.

Qualifications

  • Possess 0-2 years of proven experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role. Entry-level candidates with exceptional communication skills and a strong aptitude for sales are highly encouraged to submit their applications.
  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Exhibit resilience and persistence in the face of rejection, with a demonstrated ability to consistently follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and advance leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain a self-motivated and goal-oriented approach, consistently striving to exceed performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
