Responsibilities
Qualifications
- **Group “A”(10th Class Passed )**
- Draftsman (Mechanical): The candidate must have passed the 10th standard examination (SSC examination) with General Science and Mathematics as subjects. i) A minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for General / OBC / SEBC/EWS / Divyang/ AFC candidates. ii) Pass Class for SC/ST candidates only. iii) If the passing criteria is based on the best of 5 subjects, the candidate must have passed the 10th standard examination with General Science and Mathematics subjects; otherwise, the application will be rejected. iv) Although the qualifying criterion is SSC, candidates with higher qualifications may also apply; however, eligibility will be based on SSC marks only.
- Electrician: The candidate must have passed SSC. i) Securing minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General / OBC SEBC/EWS / DIVYANG/AFC candidates. ii) Pass Class for SC/ST candidates only. iii) Although the qualifying criterion is SSC, candidates with higher qualifications may also apply; however, eligibility will be based on SSC marks only. iii) Deaf & Hearing Impaired (HI) category applicants will be considered in Pipe Fitter Trade only

- Structural Fitter (Ex. ITI Fitter): Candidates must have passed ITI in Fitter / Draftsman (Mechanical) / Electrician / ICTSM / Electronic Mechanic / Plumber / Welder / Computer Operator & Programming Assistant / Carpenter / Refrigeration and Air-conditioning (RAC) trades from Govt./ Govt recognized Institute. i) Securing minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General / OBC / SEBC/ EWS / DIVYANG / AFC, ii) Only Pass Class for SC/ST. Applicants undergoing their course under semester system are required to pass backlog papers of previous semesters if any & it should be dully certified by Head of the institute. *Applicant should have passed ITI in above trades only, however in case of Fitter-Structural trade, applicants belonging to ITI Fitter Trade can apply. **Applicants appearing in the final exam for above said trades only, can apply but they will be required to pass the final exam on or before 2025-10-01. Candidates passing ITI after 2025-10-01 will not be considered.

Although the qualifying criterion is 8th standard, candidates with higher qualifications may also apply; however, eligibility will be based on 8th standard marks only.
