This internship position within the Talent Acquisition team involves supporting the hiring process for multiple vacancies. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders, maintaining a strong candidate, employee, and alumni orientation.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end interview process.
  • Coordinate and manage virtual interview drives and recruitment events.
  • Assist in creating job postings, screening resumes and applications, and communicating constructive feedback to candidates.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards, ensuring data is consistently updated.
  • Work with numbers and gain an understanding of a metrics-driven recruitment environment.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in various hiring activities.

Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of relevant experience is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must have completed a Graduate or Post-Graduation degree.
  • Previous experience in recruitment within a fast-paced, high-growth, or large-scale organization is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with HR and recruitment processes is a plus.
