Job Description
Mercedes-Benz Financial Services seeks a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to contribute to our Human Resources team as an intern. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions. Responsibilities will encompass the maintenance and organization of personnel files, providing support for the recruitment and onboarding processes (including assisting candidates and new hires), ensuring compliance with all relevant paperwork and regulations, developing and delivering engaging HR presentations, effectively coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing support for the maintenance and efficient operation of our HR systems and databases. The intern will gain exposure to a wide array of HR activities within a dynamic and professional environment.

Responsibilities
- As a HR Intern at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: meticulous management of employee files, active participation in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, ensuring compliance by assisting with the preparation and processing of necessary documentation, creating and presenting informative HR presentations to various audiences, fostering strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and providing ongoing technical support for the company's HR systems, ensuring their seamless operation.
Education Qualification
- The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in an HR environment, while not mandatory, is considered a significant asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. A passion for human resources and a desire to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment are crucial qualities.
