Job Description
• Work towards achieving the overall goals and targets of the HUB as defined by the Headquarters.
• Manage the team at the Indovation Centre and oversee the operation of the HUB and SPOKE setup.
• Fulfill operational roles such as technology transfer, project management, financial reporting, compliances, contracts, documentation, and administration at the HUB level.
• Onboard regional stakeholders and collaborate with industries, start-ups, Government entities, knowledge agencies, and associations at the zonal/state level.
• Design and organize conferences and workshops regularly.
• Promote innovation and entrepreneurship activities in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).
• Streamline the incubation and pre-incubation system in HEIs.
• Manage relationships/stakeholders, publicity, and communication.
• Build and manage IP repository, technology compendium at the HUB level.
• Conduct market assessments of identified technologies, stakeholder mapping, and organize industry meets.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Essential: B.Tech or MSc (Engineering or Science or Policy disciplines)
- Desirable: Additional qualifications such as M.Tech, MBA, or PhD
- Experience: Over six years of relevant experience in program management, business development, innovation promotion, start-up support, incubation and pre-incubation, policy design and implementation, Technology management, IP Commercialization in an R&D / Academic / Innovation setup / Development sector/Industry etc.
