Job Description
NoBroker is seeking motivated Sales Executives to join their team. This role involves identifying business opportunities through lead generation, establishing contact with potential clients, developing relationships, and recommending property-related solutions. The Sales Executive will be responsible for outbound calling, daily follow-ups on leads, and maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate is energetic, articulate, driven to close sales, and aims to generate revenue for the organization. The position is a full-time, permanent role within the Sales & Business Development department, classified under Telesales and Retail & B2C Sales.

Responsibilities
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions.
- Conducts outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities and secondary data sources.
- Performs daily follow-ups on older leads and works on new leads.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Any 10th, 12th, Diploma, Graduates, Post Graduates.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.
- Decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
- Flexibility for day shift (9-hour login between 8 AM – 10 PM).
- Comfortable with working 6 days a week, with a weekday off.
