Responsibilities
- Preparation of comprehensive financial statements, including monthly Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and Cash Flow statements, along with supporting schedules.
- Conducting thorough monthly and periodic reconciliations of daily business operations, focusing on fund movements, provisions, prepaid expenses, and accurate accounting for all related transactions.
- Providing oversight and ensuring a strong understanding of account reconciliations, internal controls, data quality, and accuracy of financial reporting.
- Actively assisting the business in implementing and maintaining efficient and robust financial processes and best practices.
- Contributing to the month-end closing process and providing support for group-level financial consolidations.
Education Qualification
- Candidates should possess 0-3 years of experience working with accounting software, proficient in month-end closing procedures, and comfortable reporting financial information to senior executives. A CA Inter or equivalent qualification, a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance, or an MBA in Finance is required.
Skills
- We seek an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who is a quick learner and possesses excellent communication skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tally ERP, and Oracle accounting software is essential.
