We are actively seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executives to become integral members of our thriving sales force. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in driving company growth by actively engaging with prospective clients, thoroughly assessing their individual requirements, and effectively converting initial interest into successful sales transactions through telephone communication.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate and guide customers through the acquisition of financial products via outbound and inbound telephone interactions.
- Maintain a high level of productivity, ensuring speed, accuracy, and exceptional service quality in all customer interactions.
- Consistently achieve and surpass established sales targets and performance metrics.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the benefits associated with our insurance products and effectively articulate these benefits to potential clients.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs to provide customized and appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional, clear, and timely internal communication with colleagues and other departments.
- Adhere strictly to established Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies, procedures, and security objectives.
- Actively participate in ISMS-related activities, awareness programs, and training sessions.
- Uphold the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all organizational information assets.
- Promptly report any security incidents, vulnerabilities, or potential breaches to the designated IT Helpdesk.
- Ensure that all passwords and access credentials remain secure and protected against unauthorized access.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent academic qualification from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrable experience in telesales or the financial services industry is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and results-oriented sales mindset, coupled with effective persuasive communication techniques.
- A demonstrated capacity for rapid learning and effective collaboration within a team-oriented environment.
