This job posting encompasses a wide array of roles across our Commercial, Corporate, and Technical programs. Shell will assign you to a particular program based on a comprehensive assessment of your skills and preferences.

Participating in an Assessed Internship provides an invaluable opportunity to gain firsthand experience of Shell’s operations and immerse yourself in the dynamic energy industry. It also allows you to explore potential career paths that align with your aspirations. You will be fully integrated into real-world projects, carefully selected to match your interests and capabilities. You will become an integral part of a project team, working alongside experienced Shell professionals. Their insights will contribute significantly to your understanding of our business operations, challenges, and opportunities.

You will receive direct support from a designated supervisor and mentor, and your progress will be regularly assessed throughout the internship to ensure you maximize the value of the experience. The Assessed Internship includes a formal mid-term review involving your supervisor and mentor. Upon completion of the internship, you will be required to deliver a presentation on your project, followed by a thorough evaluation of your project delivery and overall performance by your supervisor and mentor.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Be currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree program.
• Be in their penultimate year of study.
• Possess effective communication and presentation skills.
• Be an Indian Citizen or hold Permanent Resident status.
