Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain a robust system for the review and comprehensive analysis of various Balance Sheet accounts, including Fixed Assets (FA), Unbilled Costs (UBC), Inventory, and Accruals.
- Ensure strict compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), with a particular focus on Revenue Recognition principles.
- Actively participate in the digitalization and automation of existing manual and Excel-based processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct regular reviews and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Order to Cash (OTC) processes, specifically Revenue Forecast Accuracy (FC), Inventory levels, Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Cycle Time, and Net Contribution Contribution (NCC).
- Proactively identify opportunities for digitalization initiatives and collaborate with Business, Digitalization, and IT teams to drive their successful implementation.
- Guarantee the accurate and timely completion of monthly closing entries, including entries related to Accruals and Guideline-Based Provisions.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, identify areas for improvement based on thorough root cause analysis, and work closely with Business Stakeholders to effectively address identified issues.
- Establish effective and streamlined processes to ensure smooth and efficient month-end closing procedures pertaining to Revenue, Accruals, Provisions, and other relevant areas.
