Job Description
Sri Venkateswara University is seeking applications for temporary positions in the ‘Center of Excellence for Herbal and Synthetic Drug Development’ as part of the RUSA-II program. The available roles include Research Associate – I, Project Associate – I, Project Associate – II, and Laboratory/Field Assistant. These positions are purely temporary and are initially tenured until March 2026, with a potential extension of up to one year based on program continuation and individual progress. All appointed candidates will be governed by the rules and regulations of RUSA-II and Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati. The application deadline is December 16, 2025. Selected candidates will receive a monthly fellowship along with House Rent Allowance (HRA). The university will notify candidates about interview dates via email or phone, and candidates are required to attend in person with their original documents. Qualifications
- Research Associate – I: Ph.D. in Biochemistry/Life Sciences/Chemistry.
- Project Associate – I: M.Sc. in Biochemistry/Chemistry/Immunology/Life Sciences with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized university. Preference to candidates with experience in the proposed research field.
- Project Associate – II: M.Sc. in Biochemistry/Immunology/Life Sciences with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized university. Preference to candidates with experience in the proposed research field.
- Laboratory/Field Assistant: Any Graduate with a minimum of 55% marks.
