Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in data processing activities.
* Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Utilize analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
* Exhibit the ability to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and frameworks.
* Possess strong programming and debugging skills.
* Demonstrate proficiency in handling raw and unstructured data.
* Maintain a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* Adhere to established coding standards.
* Demonstrate understanding of source control, versioning, and branching strategies.
* Gain hands-on experience with Big Data toolsets, including Hadoop, HDFS, HIVE, SPARK, and Bash Scripting.
* Gain hands-on experience with SQL.
* Experience with any reporting tool such as Tableau, Dataiku or MSTR is desirable.
* Familiarity with Enterprise Data Warehousing and Reference Data Management is desirable.
* Familiarity with Control-M (or equivalent job orchestration tools) is desirable.
* Familiarity with building ELT/ETL pipelines in Hadoop is desirable.
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps is desirable.
