Job Description

Conduct captivating and interactive online tutoring sessions in Mathematics or English, catering to students of diverse age groups and learning capabilities. This includes designing and modifying lesson plans to personalize the learning experience based on each student's unique needs and preferred learning styles. Regularly evaluate student progress using various assessment methods and provide detailed, constructive feedback to facilitate improvement. Cultivate a positive and encouraging online learning environment that motivates students and actively engages them in the learning process. Maintain open communication with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress and collaboratively addressing any concerns or challenges that may arise. Continuously enhance your teaching skills by staying informed about the latest educational methodologies, curriculum updates, and best practices in online education.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and interactive online lessons in Maths or English to students of diverse ages and skill levels. Develop and modify lesson plans to accommodate individual student requirements and learning preferences. Implement regular assessments to monitor student progress and offer constructive criticism to promote learning and skill development. Create and maintain a positive and supportive virtual classroom to encourage student participation and enthusiasm. Education Qualification

• A Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Mathematics, or a closely related field is required.
