Job Description

SuperProcure is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Onboarding & Success Trainee to facilitate the seamless implementation and onboarding of our software for new clients. This role also encompasses ensuring the ongoing success and retention of existing customers through proactive monitoring of client health and the provision of support aimed at driving software adoption.

Responsibilities

  • New Customers: Achieve a high win rate, converting pilot programs into confirmed subscriptions. Responsibilities include conducting user training and onboarding sessions remotely via phone and email.
  • Existing Customers: Focus on maintaining logo and revenue retention. Responsibilities include monitoring user adoption patterns, generating reports, and identifying actionable insights to stimulate growth.
  • All Customers: Configure user accounts within the system according to specific client requirements.
  • All Customers: Proactively contact users to encourage and facilitate software adoption as needed.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Zero to one year of experience in customer onboarding, a customer support role, or a related area.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential (proficiency in English and a local language is required).
  • Demonstrated confidence and clarity in communication during phone interactions.
  • Fundamental knowledge of MS-Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience with logistics solutions is considered a distinct advantage.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage time and multitask while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • We value candidates who possess empathy, passion, persistence, and a strong aptitude for learning new concepts.
