Job Description
Tata Motors is offering unique career opportunities for aspiring engineers graduating with a Diploma in Engineering in 2026 from Government Polytechnic Colleges. This program, known as the ‘Earn & Learn Program’, allows selected candidates to begin their journey as a Technician Apprentice in the first year and transition to a permanent employee as a Shop Floor Operating Engineer or Engineer in Sales/Customer Care from the second year onwards. A significant benefit of this program is the fully sponsored B.Tech degree from BITS Pilani’s Work Integrated Learning Programme (WILP) or an equivalent Institute of Eminence, starting from the second year.
