- Mining Mate (Trainee): Diploma in Mining Engineering from an AICTE recognized Institute/University
- Blaster (Trainee): 10+2 / Equivalent with Unrestricted Blaster Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS under MMR 1961
- Fitter (Trainee): ITI in Fitter Trade
- Electrician (Trainee): ITI in Electrician Trade
- Welder (Trainee): ITI in Welding Trade
- Instrument Mechanic Trainee: ITI in Instrument Mechanic Trade
- Diesel Mechanic Trainee: ITI in Diesel Mechanic Trade
- Lab Assistant (Chemistry) Trainee: B.Sc with Chemistry as one of the subject from recognized Indian University.
- Management Trainee (HR): MBA with specialization in HR / Masters in Social Work / MA in Sociology / Personnel Management / Behavioral Science / Training & Development from a recognized University/Institution.
- Management Trainee (Legal): LLB from a recognized University/Institution.
- Graduate Operational Trainee (Mining): Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized University.
- Graduate Operational Trainee (Electrical): Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from a recognized University.
