Job Description
Exhibition Assistant ‘A’:
Responsibilities include preparing art layouts, performing creative photography, managing exhibition displays, creating dummies, models, dioramas, and photographic layouts. Assisting Exhibition Officers in display work, creating 2D & 3D digital graphic artwork for exhibitions, publications, and multimedia. Developing 3D digital dummy models and visual walkthroughs. Other tasks may be assigned by superiors.
Technician ‘A’:
Carpentry/Fitter: Operation, repair, fabrication, handling, packing, installation, and maintenance of exhibits/equivalent/instruments/installation work, and other tasks as assigned.
Electronics/Electrical: Tracing and drawing, operation, and maintenance of electrical/electronic equipment.
Office Assistant (Gr.III):
Duties include typing, dispatching correspondence, issuing tickets, photocopying, maintaining files, preparing and processing bills, making entries in registers and ledgers, handling purchase and stores, compiling data for reports, cash handling, cheque writing, and any other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications
- Exhibition Assistant ‘A’: Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Art, Fine Arts, or Commercial Arts.
- Technician ‘A’: SSC or Matriculation with a certificate from ITI or equivalent in the relevant discipline (Carpentry/Fitter/Electronics/Electrical). Candidates with a two-year course certificate must have one year of relevant experience after obtaining the certificate. Candidates with a one-year course certificate require two years of relevant experience after obtaining the certificate.
- Office Assistant (Gr.III): Higher Secondary or its equivalent. Candidates must pass a typing test of 10 minutes duration with a speed of at least 35 words per minute (w.p.m.) in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on a computer, corresponding to 10500/9000 Key Depression Per Hour (KDPH) respectively. A certificate from a Government-recognized Institution is required.
