Job Description

In this capacity, you will:

Leverage data research expertise to interpret business challenges and data requirements, transforming them into straightforward analyses and actionable recommendations.

Generate both standard and customized reports, as well as conduct ad hoc analyses, to provide valuable insights that inform strategic recommendations.

Maintain up-to-date project logs, contribute to monthly budget forecasting, and participate in the creation of monthly newsletters and operational reviews.

Engage in project activities, including assisting the systems support group with various aspects such as design, programming, research, testing, and implementation.

Provide assistance in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to production or issuance processes.

Contribute to the development of departmental and divisional procedures, policies, and controls to ensure process accuracy and efficiency while minimizing the risk of errors in production and issuance outputs.

Contribute to data and business research projects, secondary research testing initiatives, and intelligence gathering activities focused on delivering results.

Receive guidance from a supervisor, exercise independent judgment in your work, and collaborate effectively with technology and other business units.

Work collaboratively with consultants or program managers on tasks related to diverse projects, including project design, data collection and research, report preparation, and presentation design.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in Analytics, or an equivalent level of proficiency demonstrated through a combination of professional experience, training programs, military service, or educational qualifications.
