We are seeking highly motivated and talented Networking Engineers and Service Desk professionals to become valuable members of our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and proactively maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, high availability, and minimal downtime. Responsibilities

  • * Provide first-level and second-level technical support for a wide range of network and desktop related issues, aiming for quick and efficient resolution.
  • * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and effectively resolve hardware, software, and complex network problems, employing methodical and documented approaches.
  • * Install, configure, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and other related network infrastructure components.
  • * Monitor overall network performance, proactively identify potential bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize network efficiency.
  • * Manage and resolve service desk tickets promptly and efficiently, ensuring adherence to established SLAs and providing regular updates to end-users.
  • * Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of troubleshooting steps, solutions, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
  • * Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or specialized support teams as needed, providing detailed information and contributing to collaborative problem-solving.

Education Qualification

  • * BE/B.Tech in CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, or another relevant IT field of study.
  • * Graduation year: 2021, 2022, 2023 or 2024.
  • * Minimum 60% aggregate throughout academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation) demonstrating consistent academic performance.

Skills

  • * Solid understanding of Networking Fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
  • * Proficient troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
  • * Hands-on experience with Service Desk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) and IT service management (ITSM) best practices.
  • * Sound knowledge of Operating Systems, including Windows and Linux server environments.
  • * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and explain technical concepts clearly.
  • * Basic understanding of network security principles, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.
