Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-call research to determine the eligibility of assigned sellers using available resources and online platforms.
  • Contact clients via telephone to obtain and verify essential information.
  • Update client profiles based on collected and verified information to meet desired profile score benchmarks.
  • Educate clients about the advantages of enhancing their business profiles, address their inquiries, and resolve any concerns they may have.
  • Categorize and dispose of cases with appropriate reason codes based on the interactions with sellers.
  • Inform clients about the recording of conversations before initiating any information collection process.
  • Follow up with sellers in response to requests made during previous calls.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly business targets for content enrichment and seller engagement.
  • Work for 3-4 hours each day to achieve the target number of daily connects and content collection.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work from Monday through Saturday.
  • Working hours: 9 AM to 7 PM (minimum 3-4 hours per day).
  • A suitable home working environment with a dedicated private workspace, including a desk and chair.
