Responsibilities

• Develop and implement questionnaire scripting utilizing specialized platforms such as QMob and Tivian.
• Leverage a comprehensive understanding of best practices to advise commercial teams on optimal survey design, ensuring thorough testing and quality assurance.
• Perform data extraction and validation procedures to guarantee data accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare and tabulate survey results, ensuring they are readily accessible and optimized for analysis by project consultants.
• Deliver comprehensive codebooks and raw data files to analysts to facilitate report generation upon completion of fieldwork.
• Uphold established scripting processes and methodologies, proactively updating them as needed to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, or a related quantitative field is highly desirable; however, candidates with alternative academic backgrounds possessing relevant skills will also be considered.
• Professional proficiency in English is essential, with a minimum requirement of B2 level.
• Demonstrated knowledge or prior experience in data manipulation techniques is required.
• Must possess the ability to effectively write, read, comprehend, reason, and execute basic mathematical calculations and data analysis.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros, is strongly recommended.
• Previous experience or familiarity with coding in HTML, SQL, or C# is advantageous.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish is considered a valuable asset.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality control are crucial.
• A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, elevate standards, minimize errors, and address omissions.
• A proactive, optimistic attitude and a willingness to actively contribute to the achievement of team goals and objectives.
• A highly collaborative and adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in diverse cultural and technical environments.
