Responsibilities
- Leverage data research skills to interpret business challenges and data requirements, translating them into straightforward analyses and actionable recommendations.
- Generate both standardized and customized reports, along with ad hoc analyses, to support data-driven recommendations.
- Maintain project logs, provide updates on monthly budget forecasts, and contribute content to monthly newsletters and operational reviews.
- Participate in project activities, including assisting the systems support group with design, programming, research, testing, and implementation phases.
- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to production or issuance processes.
- Contribute to the development of departmental and divisional procedures, policies, and controls to ensure process accuracy, efficiency, and minimize the risk of errors in production and issuance outputs.
- Engage in data and business research projects, conduct secondary research testing, and pursue results-oriented intelligence gathering.
- Receive guidance from a supervisor, exercise independent judgment, and collaborate effectively with technology and other business groups.
- Collaborate with consultants and program managers on various project-related tasks, including project design, data collection and research, report preparation, and presentation design.

- A minimum of six months of analytics experience, or an equivalent level of proficiency demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
