Job Description

This position will be a vital contributor to our technology, infrastructure, and operations teams, ranging from automating routine operational procedures and developing robust data transformation workflows to facilitating self-service analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop raw data into refined, validated, and reusable datasets.
• Transform data by identifying, flagging, or removing inaccurate, sensitive, or corrupted data entries; aggregating data elements; and integrating data from various database tables.
• Define and implement data quality rules, requirements, and metrics to ensure accuracy and consistency across all data assets.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations, including:
  * Customized analytics reports
  * Operational dashboards for monitoring key performance indicators
  * Strategic dashboards for tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
  * Analytical dashboards for identifying trends and patterns
  * Forecasting tools for predictive analysis
• Champion and enforce best practices for data governance, quality assurance, and change management across all production reports and dashboards.
• Document data handling procedures and policies to establish a common understanding and standardized definitions among data analysts.
• Create reusable and readily accessible data assets for analytical purposes.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Financial Planning & Analytics, Customer Success, and Sales Performance & Analytics, to ensure exceptional user experiences and widespread adoption of new reporting methodologies.
• Spearhead initiatives to automate and modernize reporting structures and data visualizations.
• Identify and implement enhancements to existing processes and workflows through the application of Generative/Agentic AI and other approved technologies.
• Comprehend business requirements and deliver clear, actionable insights that support customer-centric decision-making processes.
• Work in conjunction with internal stakeholders to standardize and optimize existing processes, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and overall performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a closely related discipline.
