Responsibilities
- Executing catalog management tasks, encompassing the addition, modification, deletion, and retirement of learning elements within the online global learning catalog. This work is primarily focused on catalog items in the Global domain and is conducted under the guidance of the course owner or content owner.
- Deploying e-learning content, performing preliminary troubleshooting of content-related issues, and rigorously testing content packages according to established test scripts. Providing comprehensive testing results to relevant stakeholders.
- Addressing inquiries received through the Global Deloitte Learning Mailbox and from member firms regarding learning catalog management items and content deployment requests. Ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborating with the Global technology support team to effectively manage and resolve content-related technical issues.
- Actively contributing to process improvement and re-engineering project initiatives aimed at maintaining high-quality standards across all deliverables. This includes identifying opportunities for process enhancement and providing well-supported recommendations.
- Working in close collaboration with fellow team members and cross-functional teams, both within India and the United States, to achieve shared objectives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills, including the ability to gather, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Possess excellent communication skills, encompassing written, verbal, and interpretive abilities. Must demonstrate exceptional time management skills.
- Proven ability to effectively manage and coordinate multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Must be capable of collaborating effectively with internal teams, global clients, and cross-border stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
