Job Description
Are you adept at planning, organizing, and controlling comprehensive testing activities? Do you possess demonstrable expertise in achieving specified testing objectives and effectively implementing testing protocols? Are you passionate about ensuring that application and technical environments consistently meet established requirements?
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Quality & Test Engineer to:
• Conduct thorough reviews and in-depth analyses of requirement documentation, ensuring complete comprehension of both business and technical prerequisites.
• Independently develop comprehensive Test Plans, detailed Test Cases, precise Test Scripts, and complete Test Artifacts, aligning with predefined planning stipulations.
• Apply a robust understanding of software development methodologies and associated processes.
• Leverage practical knowledge of working within Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Proactively identify potential bottlenecks in the quality assurance process and recommend actionable improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement automated test cases, and modify existing automated test cases as needed.
• Maintain and execute comprehensive regression test suites to guarantee software stability.
• Utilize expertise in test case management tools and bug reporting platforms such as ALM Octane, GitLab, or JIRA.
• Employ Java, Python, or Bash scripting to develop custom test scripts and utilities.
• Produce clear and concise documentation to support testing activities.
• Take ownership of documenting and reporting software defects, meticulously tracking their resolution through the development lifecycle.
• Apply strong knowledge of networking concepts and utilize network testing tools effectively.
• Demonstrate proficiency in at least one scripting language to facilitate test automation and related tasks.

Qualifications
- Practical knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically Azure and/or AWS.
- Proven ability to monitor, track, and report testing progress in a timely and effective manner, keeping project stakeholders informed of test status, identified risks, and potential issues.
- Possess meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to thoroughness in all testing activities.
- Experience in API automation using established frameworks.
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Robot Framework or Selenium.
- Working knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python) or scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell) is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective communication of technical details to both technical staff and business users through clear documentation, concise briefings, and well-articulated explanations.
- Comfortable working independently and managing assigned tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, proactive, results-driven, and a dedicated team player.
- Possess strong analytical and logical reasoning capabilities.
- Prior experience working in the Cyber Security domain is highly desirable.
