The Employer Branding team at Revolut plays a crucial role in attracting top-tier talent to the organization. Responsibilities
- Managing and supporting the execution of global employer brand events, from the initial planning stages to the final implementation.
- Developing and leading our Ambassador programme, actively engaging employees to promote the Revolut brand both internally and externally.
- Conducting research on employer branding trends and student marketing strategies to inform impactful promotional campaigns.
- Contributing to the creation of internal content that supports our employer brand, collaborating with designers, videographers, and recruiters to bring campaigns to fruition.
- Assisting in the implementation of multi-channel strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Collaborating closely with our Social Media team to develop engaging narratives.
- Analysing campaign performance and providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Managing campaign calendars, tracking deliverables, and ensuring seamless execution.
- Actively seeking and incorporating feedback to facilitate continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in the penultimate year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in marketing, communications, design, media, business, or a related discipline (graduation year: 2027).
- A portfolio that demonstrates creative projects, campaigns, or content creation experience.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and visual storytelling abilities.
- A proactive, curious, and results-oriented approach.
- Native-level fluency in English, with outstanding communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A data-driven mindset and a clear understanding of the importance of performance reporting.
- Confidence in creating content for diverse channels and media formats.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse team environment.
- Full-time availability during the Summer of 2026 and the ability to travel to a Revolut office within your country of employment (this is a hybrid role).
