Responsibilities
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of the onboarding process for new employees (“inFolks”), ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration into the company. Collaborate with different departments to facilitate a comprehensive onboarding experience.
- Offboarding Assistance: Manage and ensure the completion of the exit checklist for departing employees, contributing to a seamless offboarding process.
- Rewards & Recognition: Support the administration of rewards and recognition programs, including managing relevant tools and maintaining accurate records of employee achievements and contributions.
- People Analytics: Contribute to the collection, entry, and analysis of HR data, supporting the People Success team in generating insightful reports and dashboards to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Process Excellence: Actively participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing and streamlining people-related processes, contributing to increased efficiency and effectiveness. Assist in the documentation and ongoing maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Policy Updates: Assist in the review and update of people-related policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and alignment with best practices.
