Job Description
We invite you to join Jar’s Talent Acquisition team and gain practical experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle. As an intern, you will collaborate closely with our TA team to identify, evaluate, and engage with prospective candidates, while simultaneously enhancing your skills in data analysis and acquiring a deeper understanding of business operations.

Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, and onboarding, to ensure successful and timely hiring outcomes.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Instahyre to proactively source potential candidates.
- Oversee TA operations, including maintaining pipeline trackers and coordinating interview schedules.
- Evaluate resumes and communicate effectively with candidates.
- Develop and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through diverse sourcing methodologies.
- Contribute to HR data analytics and generate insightful reports.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to extract actionable insights and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or G Suite applications.
- Aptitude for rapid learning and a keen eye for detail.
- A genuine passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
