Responsibilities
- Moderate listings to maintain over 98% accuracy.
- Ensure listings are completed within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Turnaround Times (TAT).
- Work independently and understand personal performance metrics.
- Track personal performance and implement improvements based on business requirements.
- Make sound judgments to ensure correct information is updated on the map.
- Strive for 100% user satisfaction and zero client or customer escalations.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi.
- Proficient in reading and speaking Hindi and English.
- Proficient with computers and MS Office.
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute in the preferred language (Hindi).
- Fair knowledge of navigation on Google Maps and geography.
- Ability to identify areas of opportunity and report them to a supervisor.
- Willingness to work in different shifts and locations as per business needs.
- Ability to apply theoretical knowledge into practical application.
