● Research institutions around the US to understand where we should recruit from Source possible applicants utilizing LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
Learn and utilize Boolean search techniques to uncover high-quality talent
Reach out to candidates and establish talent pipelines
Screen candidates based on graduation year, subject of study, and role requirements
Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate records
Work collaboratively with your management to enhance sourcing techniques
Learn to leverage AI tools such as Claude and other recruiting technologies to become a more effective recruiter
Contribute ideas to improve our hiring process

Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication abilities
Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, sales, or marketing
Comfortable with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search skills (previous experience is a plus but not required)
Curious about AI and excited to learn new recruiting tools
Detail-oriented and well organized
Self-motivated and willing to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
It is advantageous to have an internship in marketing, sales, HR, or recruiting.
Fresh graduates with internship experience may apply
