●● Data Analysis and Reporting:
● Support for Process Improvement:
○ Help assess existing operational processes, spotting bottlenecks
and inefficiencies.
○ Help draft and record process enhancements to boost
productivity, cut errors, and simplify workflows.
○ Help put in place solutions that guarantee compliance and
lower operational risks.
● Issue Resolution and Documentation:
○ Track business application dashboards and anomaly detection systems for
problems and errors.
○ Examine the root causes of errors and assess how they affect business
operations.
○ Offer insights into issue fixes to minimize business loss and aid resolution
efforts.
○ Produce and keep accurate, current documentation covering
processes, issues, and solutions.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration:
○ Work with internal teams (product, tech, business, and customer service)
and external partners (insurance partners, vendors) to collect insights and share best
methods, and back initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
○ Coordinate with partner insurance for routine business operations and serve as a
link connecting partner SPOCs and internal business, product, tech, and
customer service teams to address resolutions, data, and operational alignment.
