Job Description
As a Customer Service Associate at Amazon, your primary objective is to proactively address potential issues, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will serve as the initial point of contact for customers, responding to their requests via phone, chat, and/or email. These requests may encompass a broad range of topics, including inquiries about orders, product information, payment-related concerns, and website navigation. You will utilize a variety of tools to effectively navigate, research, and identify appropriate solutions, and to communicate clearly and concisely with customers.
