Job Description

Amazon seeks a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst for a crucial role driving the growth and success of one of its fastest-expanding businesses. Launched in January 2014, Easy Ship (ES) is an Indian fulfillment channel (MFN stack) providing pickup/delivery services for sellers. This addresses poor customer experience stemming from unreliable carriers, enhancing geographical reach, delivery speed and reliability (including Sunday deliveries), and ensuring COD acceptance and comprehensive tracking. The EasyShip Business Intelligence (BI) team requires a data-driven professional passionate about in-depth data analysis. This exciting opportunity involves contributing to a strategy designed to broaden the use of Amazon Seller Services among small/medium sellers and large enterprises in India. Within a dynamic environment, responsibilities include monitoring key seller success metrics, pinpointing problem areas and business challenges, and collaboratively developing solutions with product and business teams to foster seller growth and optimization on the Amazon platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about extracting actionable insights, possesses a proactive, innovative approach, and quickly develops subject matter expertise to assess business performance across diverse seller and market segments. Significant experience in customer interaction, data analysis, trend identification, conclusion extraction, and presenting findings clearly and concisely is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Excel and other tools for analyzing large datasets are also required.

Responsibilities

• Comprehend Amazon Seller Services products and services; track and report business performance and problem areas using relevant metrics.

• · Collaborate to define objectives related to key operational metrics.

Education Qualification

• 1+ years of experience in data analytics or automation.
