Job Description
* Process transactions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and specific customer instructions.
* Maintain the quality of processed transactions to meet predefined performance parameters.
* Achieve process-defined metrics related to productivity and accuracy.
* Identify and escalate potential areas for process improvement to the Team Lead (TL) or Assistant Manager (AM).
* Adhere to established attendance schedules to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
