Job Description

We are actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic hiring team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on identifying and hiring editorial and translation professionals within the academic and research fields. Responsibilities

  • Review and screen incoming applications and resumes to effectively identify candidates who meet the established requirements for editorial and translation roles.
  • Provide assistance in the proactive sourcing of potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, and other innovative recruitment methodologies.
  • Coordinate effectively with candidates to manage interview scheduling, ensure timely follow-up communication, and facilitate a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of candidate pipelines, recruitment tracking systems, and relevant hiring data to ensure accuracy and facilitate reporting.
  • Deliver general administrative and operational support to the talent acquisition team, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
