Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams, providing technical expertise to ensure clients fully understand and appreciate the value proposition of CAST AI's products and services. This includes effectively communicating the technical advantages and benefits of our solutions.
  • Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations that clearly articulate complex technological concepts in a manner easily understood by diverse audiences, regardless of their technical background.
  • Develop and deliver customized presentations tailored to address the specific needs and pain points of individual clients, showcasing the unique capabilities and benefits of our platform in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  • Assess client technical requirements, propose tailored solutions, and actively collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless customization and integration of our platform into the client's existing infrastructure.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer needs to ensure that our solutions remain relevant, competitive, and address emerging industry challenges.
  • Represent CAST AI at industry conferences and trade shows, actively networking with potential clients, building relationships, and gathering valuable market intelligence to inform future product development and sales strategies.

Education Qualification

  • Demonstrated success as a Sales Engineer in the cloud computing, artificial intelligence, or a related technology sector. A strong track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships is essential.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills; the ability to clearly and persuasively articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences is crucial.
  • Deep understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes orchestration, and AI/ML concepts; practical experience with these technologies is highly valued.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and effectively address their concerns; successful negotiation and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally as required to meet client needs and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.) is highly desirable. The ability to write scripts for automation or testing purposes is a significant advantage.
