Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with sales teams, providing technical expertise to ensure clients fully understand and appreciate the value proposition of our products. This includes effectively communicating the complexities of our technology in a clear and concise manner.
- Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations, tailoring presentations to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, ranging from technical experts to business stakeholders. Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and successfully articulate how CAST AI addresses those challenges.
- Develop and deliver customized presentations that resonate with specific client needs, highlighting the unique benefits of our platform and addressing potential concerns. This includes developing compelling narratives that illustrate the return on investment (ROI) for potential clients.
- Proactively assess client technical requirements, proposing tailored solutions that align with their specific needs. Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure seamless customization and implementation of our platform.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs. This involves continuous learning and adaptation to ensure our solutions remain relevant and competitive in the ever-changing cloud-native ecosystem.
- Represent CAST AI at industry conferences and trade shows, engaging with potential clients, expanding our network, and gathering valuable market intelligence. Actively seek opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Education Qualification
- Demonstrated experience as a Sales Engineer in the cloud computing, AI, or a related technology sector. A proven track record of success in this role is essential.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling, and engaging narratives for various audiences. Experience with both technical and executive-level presentations is highly valued.
- A strong foundational understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes orchestration, and AI/ML concepts. Specific experience with Kubernetes deployment, management, and optimization is highly desirable.
- A documented history of building successful client relationships and consistently exceeding sales targets. Provide quantifiable examples of your accomplishments in previous roles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this fast-paced environment. Demonstrate your ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, Powershell, etc.) is required; experience with multiple scripting languages is preferred.
