Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams, leveraging your technical expertise to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to potential clients. This includes clarifying complex technical aspects and addressing client concerns.
- Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations that clearly articulate the benefits of our platform to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. Tailor these demonstrations to specific client needs and pain points.
- Develop and deliver customized presentations that effectively showcase the capabilities of CAST AI's platform and resonate with the specific needs and priorities of individual clients.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client technical requirements, propose tailored solutions, and collaborate closely with internal technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and customization of our platform to meet client specifications.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer needs to ensure our solutions remain competitive, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices. Proactively identify emerging opportunities and anticipate future client requirements.
- Represent CAST AI at industry conferences and trade shows, actively networking with potential clients, gathering market intelligence, and building brand awareness. Actively participate in industry events and contribute to the overall growth and visibility of the company.
Education Qualification
- Demonstrated success as a Sales Engineer within the cloud, AI, or a related technology sector. A strong track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships is essential.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills are crucial for effectively conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
- A comprehensive understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes orchestration, and AI/ML concepts is required. Hands-on experience with these technologies is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to cultivate strong client relationships, build trust, and consistently exceed sales goals. Experience in managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, is highly valued.
- Superior communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to meet client needs and participate in industry events.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell is a significant advantage, allowing for effective troubleshooting and automation.
