Responsibilities
Education Qualification
- Candidates should be final-year students in a three-year undergraduate program (from any discipline) with no outstanding academic backlogs. Preference will be given to applicants with a BCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science/Information Technology) background.
Skills
- Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong academic record and possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills. Exceptional verbal communication and attention to detail are paramount. Problem-solving and logical reasoning abilities are essential, as is the ability to consistently meet deadlines and fulfill responsibilities. Prior experience with scripting, shell commands, and at least one programming language (C, C++, Python, or Java) is required. Proficiency in productivity tools like Excel and Wiki (or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn such tools) is also necessary. While not mandatory, any understanding of the financial industry would be a significant advantage.
