Job Description
This role involves providing essential IT support for the Offshore Development Center (ODC) team, acting as a primary point of contact for all IT-related incidents and service requests. The Analyst will deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, manage daily operational tasks, and contribute to process improvement within the ODC environment. Key responsibilities include ticket monitoring and resolution, system configuration, asset management, vulnerability remediation, and reporting. The position requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. The Analyst will also play a role in project coordination and ensuring audit readiness for ODC operations.

Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service to customers and stakeholders.
- Interface with customers, clients, and vendors as needed.
- Implement new processes under the guidance of supervisors.
- Maintain the ODC-specific dashboard based on daily requirements.
- Update critical data accurately on SharePoint in collaboration with the ODC IT team and stakeholders.
- Monitor and resolve ServiceNow tickets.
- Conduct regular compliance checks and perform remediation actions.
- Configure ODC endpoints and manage onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Identify process gaps by working with the ODC team and stakeholders.
- Act as a project coordinator for all ODC activities.
- Advance skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Utilize basic knowledge of Windows Scripting and GPO’s.
- Assist the CXO IT – ODC IT team in documenting ODC-specific processes.
- Maintain ODC-specific fortnight reports and prepare ODC-related presentations.
- Aid the CXO-ODC IT team in building audit readiness checklists.
- Follow up with multiple stakeholders via the ODC operational shared mailbox for daily activities.
- Process ODC-related invoices in coordination with various stakeholders.
- Perform occasional overtime as required to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Manage and track ODC assets.
- Conduct vulnerability management and remediation.
- Understand and assist with ODC transactional issues under the guidance of the supervisor.
- Follow up with the CX- EUS team to ensure monthly checks are completed, update the dashboard, and share reports.
- Follow up with all stakeholders for ODC-related transactional activities.
- Adhere to existing processes, documenting problems and resolutions for knowledge bases, OEM vendors, and service desk tickets.
- Adhere to policy and Service Level Targets (SLTs) through accurate recording of service activities, asset transactions, data retention, and PC compliance.
- Perform password resets and workstation management in Active Directory.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and set up calls as required, sending meeting minutes (MOMs).
- Assist infrastructure teams (LAN, WAN, Telephony) with local hands-on activities.
Qualifications
- B. Tech, BE, or equivalent engineering degree.
- Strong technical troubleshooting knowledge of Windows 11, Thin client, IOT, and Linux.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Scripting, GPO’s, Vulnerability, Security, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Networking and SharePoint is advantageous.
- ITIL Certification (Preferred).
- Microsoft MCITP Certification (Preferred).
- Basic knowledge of overall network/systems security (Preferred).
- Certified Qualys VMDR (Preferred).
