The Associate Analyst within the Center of Account Excellence Professional – On/Offboarding Delivery Center (ODC) will play a critical role in supporting Deloitte’s client service activities. This position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to the success of Deloitte’s client account teams by providing essential support services.
The Center of Account Excellence (CoAE) team focuses on optimizing service delivery to Deloitte’s key clients. CoAE professionals manage internal account operations, enabling account leaders to concentrate on delivering exceptional value to clients. “Navigate,” Deloitte US Member Firm’s system of record, facilitates account on/offboarding processes for US-headquartered ACP clients. This Salesforce-based platform provides a user-friendly and customizable solution streamlining account on/offboarding by consolidating all vital requirements into a single point of access for practitioners. The ODC team is a component of the broader Center of Account Excellence (CoAE), which falls under the Client Excellence umbrella.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into forms and applications, adhering strictly to provided written instructions.
- Managing the on/offboarding of professionals to and from project teams utilizing designated onboarding platforms and Services Procurement Solutions (SPS).
- Comprehending specific requirements, meticulously following detailed instructions, and effectively executing the complete on/offboarding process.
- Completing assigned data entry tasks within established Quality and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Generating basic reports and providing regular status updates on task completion.
- Executing assigned tasks in full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and prescribed templates, ensuring error-free output.
- Conducting thorough self-review checks of all completed tasks before submitting for quality assurance review.
- Taking ownership of assigned responsibilities to guarantee adherence to CoAE’s stringent quality standards.
- Actively seeking feedback from coaches and quality control personnel to enhance output and overall performance.
- Proactively sharing knowledge and expertise with team members and peers.
- Contributing to the overall team workload by effectively managing individual tasks and providing support to team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Zero to one year (0-1) of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
