Responsibilities

  • Ensuring accurate and consistent data entry into forms and applications, adhering to provided written instructions.
  • Utilizing existing information to develop client-ready documents in accordance with established templates and outlined requirements.
  • Generating basic reports and providing timely status updates on project progress.
  • Collecting data from online resources and compiling information into presentations.
  • Formatting PowerPoint presentations while adhering to brand guidelines and specific instructions.
  • Converting image files into text-based formats.
  • Creating deliverables and completing assigned tasks in accordance with agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Developing templates and assisting in the creation of process documentation for deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Required: 0-11 months of relevant professional experience.
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree.

Skills

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
The ability to meticulously follow instructions and execute tasks accurately.
