Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for integration and automation solutions.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Deltek products, automation capabilities, and integrations specifically tailored to meet client needs.
- Proactively manage and resolve escalations reported by internal teams or directly by clients.
- Ensure strict adherence to established quality standards, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), process guidelines, and security protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with operational and development teams during the assessment and resolution of operational issues.
- Adhere to incident management procedures based on the determined severity level of the issue.
- Accurately document reported incidents, including detailed information, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Assume ownership of reported incidents and actively drive them through to successful resolution.
Qualifications
- Must be a 2025 graduate with a full-time Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 60%.
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Possess excellent problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) applications and related technologies is desirable.
- Knowledge of fundamental networking concepts, SOAP, RESTful APIs, and SQL.
- Competence in incident management principles and escalation procedures.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and function effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 support environment is required.
